Your total protected volume selects the rate for all your data. At each threshold, the monthly charge cannot fall below the preceding band’s charge at that threshold, so adding data never reduces the total bill. Management rounds up in 0.1 TB steps; managed storage rounds up to whole TB with a 1 TB minimum. The calculator includes these adjustments. Final charges use measured usage and the days protected.

What the price does and doesn’t include.
Metered daily
You're billed only for the days data is actually protected. Start on the 20th of the month, pay from the 20th. Leave, and the meter stops. There's no annual commitment unless you want one.
No per-seat licences
Headcount never enters the bill. A 30-person firm and a 300-person firm with the same terabyte under management pay the same — the thing you pay for is the thing that's saving you money.
Routine restores included
Routine restores have no per-restore fee. A full-tenant exit export, or bulk work that incurs a transfer or service charge, is quoted for approval first.

Is there a free tier?
Free under 100 GB — no card, no time limit. Metered pricing above that; routine restores included. Immutable (compliance-locked) backups need a paid account.
How am I billed?
Australian accounts use the published prices after billing and tax review. For paid protection, the measured first month is credited against actual usage, followed by monthly reconciliation. A receipt is emailed for each payment. Approved invoice arrangements are available; estates of 500 TB or more require a tailored quote.
What does a terabyte cost all-in?
For under 10 TB, US$35 per TB per month with our storage (US$24 management + US$11 storage), or US$24 if you bring your own bucket. Management rates reduce at 10, 50 and 200 TB; 500 TB and above requires a tailored quote. Microsoft’s SharePoint overage rate is approximately US$205 per TB per month. What does leaving cost?
Routine restores are included and never metered. A full-tenant exit export is a quoted service: any chargeable bulk restore, export or transfer is priced for your approval before work begins. Stored copies remain standard S3 objects. Review stored data and billing with us before disconnecting Microsoft consent.
Are prices inc or ex GST?
ArchiveBridge prices shown are published USD list prices, excluding tax. GST applies where required for Australian customers; other tax treatment is confirmed before payment. Microsoft reference prices use indicative currency conversions. Existing customer agreements continue to apply.
How do you compare to an enterprise governance platform?
Platforms like AvePoint Opus do records management, classification and defensible disposal across the whole Microsoft estate — considerably more than we do.
