The whole price list fits in one table.
| ArchiveBridge management | US$20 / TB / mo | Scanning, verified SharePoint and OneDrive backup, retained revisions, SharePoint archiving, recovery, the console and support. Measured on data under management (current copies + retained versions). |
| Managed storage — optional | US$14 / TB / mo | A dedicated bucket per customer — Sydney, US East or Singapore selected with your processing region by default, with other Wasabi regions available. Paid accounts can enable a 1–90 day S3 Object Lock compliance-retention period. Skip managed storage and bring your own S3-compatible bucket instead. |
| All-in, with our storage | US$34 / TB / mo | Compare: Microsoft’s SharePoint overage rate is approximately US$205 per TB per month. |
| Restores, egress, per-seat licences | US$0 | Restores are never metered. Headcount never enters the bill. |
USD, converted at indicative FX (AUD is our billing currency; GST applies to Australian customers). Free Beta protects up to 100 GB. Larger estates require an enterprise design, security review and quote. Create an accountif you’re in that band.
Priced on data under management, not headcount — and billed only for the days it’s actually protected. The whole point is the saving, so the pricing leaves most of it with you.

What the price does and doesn’t include.
Metered daily
You're billed only for the days data is actually protected. Start on the 20th of the month, pay from the 20th. Leave, and the meter stops. There's no annual commitment unless you want one.
No per-seat licences
Headcount never enters the bill. A 30-person firm and a 300-person firm with the same terabyte under management pay the same — the thing you pay for is the thing that's saving you money.
Restores are free
The day you need your data back is the worst day to discover a surprise line item. So there isn't one — no egress fees, no per-restore charges.
What people actually ask.
Pricing questions below — storage, data location, security and everything else live in the full FAQ.
Is there a free tier?
Free under 100 GB — no card, no time limit. Metered pricing above that; restores always free. Immutable (compliance-locked) backups need a paid account.
How am I billed?
During Free Beta, card checkout and automatic billing are disabled. The list rates below are what a paid account is billed: save a card and usage is charged automatically as it accrues — the way advertising platforms bill — with a receipt emailed for every payment. Prefer a purchase order? Larger estates are quoted, and enterprise accounts can be invoiced instead.
What does a terabyte cost all-in?
US$34 per TB per month with our storage (US$20 management + US$14 storage), or US$20 if you bring your own bucket. Microsoft’s SharePoint overage rate is approximately US$205 per TB per month. See how Microsoft 365 Archive compares to third-party archiving →
Do I need a card to start?
Not for Free Beta. Create an account if your estate is 100 GB or under — card checkout is disabled on that path. Larger estates require an enterprise design, security review and quote rather than self-serve signup. Run the free scan first if you’d rather see the number before you choose a path.
Do small amounts round up?
Management bills in 100 GB steps. Managed storage bills in whole terabytes with a 1 TB minimum while you're using it — our back-end capacity is bought per TB. Bring your own bucket and no storage minimum applies — see the 10-minute BYO guide. BYO bucket guide →
What does leaving cost?
Nothing. Restore everything back to SharePoint in bulk (restores are never metered), disconnect consent from your own Entra admin centre, and the daily meter simply stops. Your copies sit in standard S3 format the whole time, so you're never negotiating with us to get your own data back.
Are prices inc or ex GST?
USD figures are indicative conversions at today’s approximate rate. ArchiveBridge bills in AUD; GST applies to Australian customers and is added on Australian tax invoices.
How do you compare to an enterprise governance platform?
Platforms like AvePoint Opus do records management, classification and defensible disposal across the whole Microsoft estate — considerably more than we do. If that’s your requirement, they’re the better buy. If the requirement is a storage bill, we’re a fraction of the scope and publish the price. The full comparison, including where Opus is the better buy, is on our AvePoint alternative page.

How do I get an exact number?
Run the free, self-service scan: sign up, grant read-only Microsoft 365 admin consent, and the scan returns your exact reclaimable volume with a savings estimate at your tenant's rates — no sales call needed.
See the number first.
The scan is read-only and takes minutes. You’ll have your exact reclaimable figure — and what it costs to protect — before a single file moves.
