The deal, in plain English.

1. Who you’re dealing with
ArchiveBridge is provided by Cloud Ready Solutions, a registered business name of Cloud Recovery Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 68 166 375 766) (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation you represent.
2. The service
ArchiveBridge scans, backs up, archives and restores files in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online today), according to policies you configure, storing copies in object storage we provision for you or a bucket you bring. Free scans are read-only and change nothing in your tenant. Access to your Microsoft 365 is granted by your administrator via Microsoft’s own consent process and is revocable by you at any time.
3. Your data stays yours
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service you configured. Copies live in your account’s bucket in standard S3 object format — not a proprietary vault. You can restore everything back to SharePoint, in bulk, at any time, at no charge; if you leave, you leave with your data.
4. Fees
Pricing is per terabyte under management, metered daily, as published at archivebridge.app/pricing or as agreed with you (including partner and annual arrangements). Accrued usage is charged to your saved payment method automatically, or invoiced where we’ve agreed to that. Prices are ex GST; GST is added on tax invoices. Restores carry no charge. If usage goes unpaid beyond your account’s limit, new protection runs pause until payment is made — existing backups and restores keep working.
5. Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure; only connect tenants you’re authorised to connect; configure policies (including archive age thresholds and immutable retention) deliberately — archiving removes originals from SharePoint after verification, and immutable copies cannot be deleted by anyone until their retention expires. The service is a protection and storage-management tool, not a substitute for your own compliance obligations.
6. Service levels and liability
We run the service with care — verification before any deletion, audit logging, and alerting on failures — but we provide it “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Ending things
You can stop at any time: restore what you want back to SharePoint (free), disconnect consent from your Entra admin centre, and close the account. Metering stops at your last protected day. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service, with notice where practicable.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to your account email and apply from the date stated. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions: hello@archivebridge.app.
