For MSPs and IT providers
Offer ArchiveBridge to every client from one console.
Each client keeps its own Microsoft 365 connection, storage bucket, archive rules and usage. You see every client in one place.
Applications are open in Australia, and a person reviews each one.

How it works for you
Your clients stay in control. You set the offer.
Access needs approval
Each client’s own admin must approve your access. You can never approve it yourself.
Every request is recorded
Each request to manage a client is recorded, with the approval or revocation that follows.
No software to install
Nothing is installed in the client’s Microsoft 365. Their admin approves ArchiveBridge’s apps.
Your name on the console
Your brand name and colour appear on the console. The link file and Microsoft’s approval screen still say ArchiveBridge.
Who is billed
We bill you for all your clients together, from each client’s usage, measured daily. We don’t bill your clients. You set their prices and invoice them yourself. Their console says billing is handled by their service provider.
Your price, and a free scan
Your partner pricing is agreed when your application is approved. Run the free scan for each client before they commit.

Talking to a client? Send them the fact sheet (PDF) and point their IT team to the IT and procurement pack.
- Sample indicative business case (PDF, 1 page)
- Sample measured business case (PDF, 2 pages)
Both are for the same fictional company. The indicative case prices backing up everything Microsoft reports (3.62 TB) at A$189.50 a month. The measured case prices archiving only files that match the 2-year rule (2.05 TB) at A$118.50.
Bring it to your clients.
